Cancelling An Order Please understand that once you place your order, we then make arrangements with our suppliers for delivery of that product. Therefore, once we have confirmed arrangements with our supplier, your order cannot be cancelled. Delivery Information Orders placed before midnight for products that are in stock will generally be processed within 24 hours; however please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of goods. Free delivery only applies to orders over NZ$249.00 delivered within New Zealand. International Orders Our electronics store is unable to process orders for international delivery at this stage. Returns and Exchanges As a New Zealand company we trade under the Consumer Guarantees Act, however please note that we do not accept returned goods simply because a purchaser has changed his/her mind. If you would like to return an item please Contact Us immediately to discuss the return and obtain a Return Authority number. Returned products must be accompanied with original packaging, contents and invoice and Return Authority number. NZ Electronics will replace faulty products, provided they are defective and not because you have simply changed your mind. However if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or there was an error processing your order, NZ Electronics will reimburse you upon receiving a receipt for freight. Shipping and Handling Customers have a choice of Courier Post - Track and Trace (1-3 days), Parcel Post (1-3 days Nation Wide) and Standard NZ Post (2-5 days). We recommend that New Zealand customers select Courier Post delivery as this is a prompt service with a track and trace consignment number. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee delivery for any orders sent via Parcel Post or Standard NZ Post. We recommend you select Courier Post Track & Trace when placing an order. |
